Grooming is one area where cat owners need to be especially mindful. Cats groom themselves constantly, so anything on their skin and coat ends up ingested — and their bodies process certain compounds, including some essential oils, very differently from dogs. A grooming product being "natural" doesn't automatically make it cat-appropriate.
