Shipping Policy

At Paws Avenue, we take great care in ensuring your orders are packed and delivered safely, especially for frozen products that require temperature-controlled handling.

Frozen Deliveries
All frozen items will be delivered according to the delivery date and time slot selected during checkout.  

Available delivery time slots:
- 10:00am – 1:00pm
- 3:00pm – 6:00pm
- 7:00pm – 10:00pm

Frozen products will be packed in cooler bags to help maintain temperature during delivery. As these are perishable items, we strongly encourage customers to ensure that someone is available to receive the order upon delivery.

If there are any issues with your order, please contact us immediately upon receiving your items and we will do our best to assist you.

Non-Frozen Deliveries
Non-frozen items will be shipped via third-party courier services, primarily SingPost. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery time for non-frozen orders is approximately 1–3 working days, depending on courier processing and delivery schedules.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by external factors beyond our control.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis. 

Shipping rates vary depending on:

  • destination country
  • parcel weight & dimensions
  • product type
  • courier availability

Please note that certain countries may have restrictions on importing edible pet products such as treats, supplements or food items. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with their country's import regulations.

If a destination country does not permit the import of certain products, we may need to cancel and refund the affected items from the order. Should the customer choose to proceed despite these restrictions, Paws Avenue will not be liable for any delays, lost parcels, confiscated goods or customs rejections.

International orders may also e subject to customs duties, import taxes and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
