Refund & Exchange Policy

At Paws Avenue, we take great care in ensuring that all products are carefully packed and delivered in good condition. Due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask customers to read our refund and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Food & Consumable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for food, treats, supplements, or other consumable products once they have been opened, consumed, or used.  

We are also unable to accept returns for change of mind, feeding preference, or product suitability.

Toys & Non-Consumable Products
We do not provide refunds for toys and non-consumable items. However, if your item has a manufacturing defect, we may offer an exchange upon review.

To be eligible for an exchange:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item
- Clear photos/videos of the defect must be provided for assessment

Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused during use are not considered manufacturing defects.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and supporting photos, and we will do our best to assist you.
