A puzzle disguised as a toy. The Spinner introduces a new kind of challenge to the PlayStack system — treats are loaded inside, and your dog has to nudge, roll and spin it to get them out. It's not just about the reward; it's the figuring-it-out part that keeps dogs hooked.
The Spinner's unpredictable rolling motion means dogs can't just pin it down and eat — they have to stay engaged, keep moving and think on their paws. Ideal for dogs who need more mental stimulation or who get bored of regular toys too quickly.
💡 Best with: Small treats or kibble — small enough to move freely inside and fall out as the Spinner rolls.
How to use
- Load small treats or kibble into the opening
- Place on the floor and step back — the treat release happens as it rolls and spins
- Dogs must keep nudging and interacting to keep rewards coming
- Combine with other PlayStack mods for a full multi-mod enrichment session
Recommended treats
- Small kibble or bite-sized crunchy treats work best
- Treats need to be small enough to move freely inside the Spinner and fall out as it moves
- Not suitable for spreads or soft treats (use The Slobber or Squiggle for those)
Sizing guide
- Small — dogs up to 20 kg, smaller mouths or more delicate players
- Large — dogs 16 kg and above, enthusiastic or mouthy players
- If your dog falls between 16–20 kg, consider their play style — delicate? Go Small. Enthusiastic? Go Large.
